With our experience working with many different types of alternative strategies, from quantitative hedge funds to opportunistic agriculture investing, we are able to effectively communicate even the most complex strategies with clarity and confidence to the institutional investor community.
In terms of distribution, we have long-standing relationships in the GCC with the leading institutional investors, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and accredited investors.
We work with traditional asset classes and sectors as well as evaluating alternatives. Gulf Equity conducts due diligence on the fund managers we engage with and is selective based upon sector demand in congruence with our core investor base. Our associates meticulously assess the engagement on a case-by-case basis to ensure synergy and demand prior to engaging in a formal mandate for a capital raise accordingly.

As the GCC markets present a unique regional approach Gulf Equity works tirelessly with our clients to ensure that geography specific marketing collateral is developed for each engagement bespoke. We conduct a thorough review upon engagement to ensure the appropriate investors are targeted, organizing individual targeted meetings and a bespoke GCC roadshow customized to our clients’ requirements and target investors.
Regional Coverage
Gulf Equity provides our clients with regional coverage to ensure fulfilment of all distribution channels as mutually agreed upon post engagement. We facilitate up to 3 separate engagements (generally 2-4 months in between each round) in the form of individual / targeted meetings as well as regional roadshows to ensure all geographies are covered according to our clients’ needs.
Closing
Gulf Equity works with our clients to assess the results of the individual meetings and road shows to ensure that follow up meetings are scheduled accordingly. Our team works tirelessly to build a sophisticated pipeline of highly interested investors with our end goal of securing capital commitments.
